It's a (very) humbling & terrifying one! It makes me think, now, of a story that I read perhaps while still a teenager, titled
"I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream"
by Harlan Ellison. HE wrote there in the voice of the last sentient thing on earth, something that he had no way to express itself and no one to whom it might express itself, and no way to kill itself either. Imagine the horror of being eternally stuck in the position of
"I!"!!
But that, thankfully, would be inhuman, for we at least are mortal!

once again and in the language of those who aren't physicists, what he meant by a physical theory of dual temporalities, in which,
for example, there exist both a 1939 of 1939 ànd a 1939 of 2006 (2013),
or perhaps more pertinently as we still dwell with the prospect of a silent future,
a 2039 of 2006 (2013) and a 2039 of 2039.
(He tried to ex-plain it once already, back in the 2004 of 2004, but I suppose I wasn't entirely "present?"
