MOST
OF THIS
TEXT, THLN_005,
is doubly keyed back to thln_004:
first by page numbers which simply refer to a Word file as printed hard copy;
and second to phrases appearing on those respective pages. We will insh'allah, eventually resolve the PRACTICLE TASK
OF REWORKING THIS "citation format" IN A WAY THAT ALSO INVITES YOU, THE READER WHO IS NEITHER MARTIN NOR JONATHAN.
I suppose I had always always read Jabès' "You are silent, I was; you speak, I am" as addressed to me, to Jonathan, not in the moment of the author's writing or the volume's printing but in the moment of my, Jonathan's, reading.)
Thus: page 28: "IRRESISTABLE ANXIETY," You apologize for doing what I have, after all, been asking you to do for years. Why does this produce "IRRESISTABLE anxiety" in you (an anxiety, it seems, at having written which we might contrast to anxiety of not having written)? Are you anxious that there will be no "reception," as might or might not be the case were you delivering a lecture to a room full of hundreds of people, and you would have almost no way; or are you anxious that there will be no "dialogue," that you will not be nourished in return? Are these the same anxiety?
Mor is still a bit flabbergasted, wondering/wandering, from a'dam zuid oost <> Irminloo @ vale ouwe. Man liep op rails treinvertraging.
