Waar
het op
aankomt in je
leven is leren om
jouw eigen onmisbare
vrijheid van meningsuiting
te kunnen
hanteren.

Om
je verantwoordelijkheid
te nemen voor jouw leven
{en dat van anderen}:
gewoon mede~
menselijkheid
...

Geen
enkel land,
ras, volk, stam,
gezin of persoon is perfect
daar zijn we onderhand wel
achter gekomen!

Simpel
gezegd komt
dat neer op
een menselijker opvoeding
onder omstandigheden die mensen kansen bieden
om zich te ontplooien
en zo nu en dan een beetje bij te sturen
als dat zowel
wenselijk/noodzakelijk
IS??

The Gathas
make references
to our crossing of the Cinvat bridge:
Zarathustra refers to himself as a psychopomp ~
those who have been united to him in ecstacy will cross the bridge with ease;
but the impious, his enemies, will be for all time dwellers in the House of the Lie.
The bridge, then, is not the only way for the dead;
in addition ~ and we have frequently encountered it as such ~ it is the road of ecstatics.
It is likewise in ecstacy that Artay Viraf crosses the Cinvat bridge
in the course of his mindstretching
mystical journey.

According
to this interpretation,
Zarathustra would seem to have been an ecstatic
very close to a 'shaman' in his religious experiences.
The Gathic term
MAGA

is proof that Zarathustra and his disciples
induced an ecstatic experience by certain ritual songs intoned in chorus
in a closed, consecrated
sacred place.

It boils down
to one of our many possibilities
to inhibit our conditoned reflexes and implant certain holy seeds of 'new' knowledge
with the purpose of 'crossing the bridge' between our two brainsections
to enable us to unite old wisdom with fresh impulses
of human understanding.

In fact
these processses start
within each of us from the day of our conception
'till the day we die', and some say,
even beyond that '0'- point
of 'no return'?

All
religious activities
and philosophical considerations
were supposed to lead us to this human process of 'change' and integration!
You can find it with certain Chinese wise men of old,
and of course with Siddharta Gautama the "Buddha",
the great Hebrew prophetschools and Yehoshua haNatsri haMashiah,
christian 'gnostics' and even
modern forms
of 'psycho~
therapy'
...

Anyway,
in this sacred space called MAGA
[see also 'shield' & 'magic']
communication between heaven and earth became possible ~
that is, in accordance with a uiniversally disseminated dialectic,
the sacred space became
a 'centre'.

We
can stress
the fact that
this communion was ecstatic,
and can also be compared to the religious mystical experience of the 'singers'
with Shamanism proper even though this interpretation has been
attacked by the
majority of
Iranists.

THE
point is,
that the human brain thrives on 'meaning',
'purpose', fulfilment & our love for permanent new discoveries
and the 'balance of powers' we always have to encounter
during our
lives?

Thus,
even though
the question of
the possible 'shamanic' experience
of Zarathustra himself remains open,
there is no doubt [in my mind]
that the most elementary techniques of ecstacy and even brainwash,
if you prefer to call it so, intoxication by hemp, was known to the ancient Iranians? The utmost importance of the intoxication sought from for instance hemp is further confirmed
by the extremely wide dissemination of the Iranian term
throughout Central
Asia.

In
a number
of Ugrian languages
the Iranian word for hemp,
BANGHA
,
has come to designate
both the pre-eminently shamanic mushroom and intoxication.
While opium was used 'to kill the pain', these psychedelics in different combinations were used
to 'dig into the field of knowledge', uncover 'the treasures of our human brainpotentials'
and produce a lasting
'peace of
mind'!

These
historical facts
prove among others
that the magicoreligious/philosophical
values of 'intoxication' through 'psychedelics'
for achieving ecstacy is, at least partly, of Iranian origin:
added to the other Iranian influences on Central Asia this
BANGHA

illustates the high degree of religous prestige attained by Iran
more than 2500 years
ago?!

En
dat alles
onder het luisteren
naar muziek van Mauricio
Kagel in Paleis Noordeinde
en een film over Palestijnse
Arabische moslimvrouwen in Tamra@Israel!
Dat alles roept herinneringen op 'out of nothing':
aan Qazvin@Iran, Petra, Avdat, Qumran,
Ruchama & Cheftsibah {and so many
other sentimental places
'on the
road'}
