Tender Genders {genetic surpises & cultural jokes}

Those

written down about 40
years after the crucifixion &
some years after the total destruction
of the Temple@Yerushalayim
and in both, the decisive
words are spoken not by
Yehoshua, but by
the Gentile
{'goy/heathen'},
and, according to 'Matai & Luke',
these words make a very
deep impression
on Yeshua.

What
we know
about Yeshu and
his 'friends' {'gabbers/chaverim'}
is actually not much, but this is all we have,
and all we can do now is try to place them in their time &
space as best we can!?

We ought to note as well
that none of the rabbinical documents say
that one should not or may not heal a non-Jew.
The picture preserved for us by the first three Gospels is quite clear.
Yeshu, the Jew, worked {almost only exclusively} among Jews,
and he wanted to work only among them

ACCEPTED THIS
RESTRICTION, ALTHOUGH HE
KNEW TOO,
AS [ALL] OTHER JEWS DID
{see also the pertinent passage about the prophet Yonah in the Mek. Rab. Ishmael
on EX 12:1!}, that Gentiles are more prone to repent than many of the children of Israel!
In THIS spirit Yeshua said about the cities of Galilee & their Jewish inhabitants,
"WOE
to you, Chorazin,
woe to you too, Beth Saida!
for if the mighty works done in you had been done in Tyre & Tsidon,
they would have repented long ago in sack-cloth
and ashes
...!"

This same attitude
is expressed in Yeshua's critique of his generation in Matai 12:38-42
& Lucky Luke 11:29 -32 {these words of Yeshu mention the prophet Yonah in the same way
that the rabbinic passage cited previously does!}!
Perhaps it was intended as a kind of 'divine'
providence that at the beginning
the message was temporarily
still mainly restricted to
the children of Israel!?

And Yeshu
accepted this necessary restriction
{later on, ShaulPaul speaks in ROM 1:16b about 'the power of G d for the salvation of everybody
who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile'

were the various
Jewish-Christian sects right
in thinking that by living as Jews they were following
the 'will of Yeshu'? Expelled from the synagogues as heretics,
stigmatized by the gentile church as [far too]
unorthodox, these Jews lived by the
firm conviction that they alone
cherished the TRUE & ONE &
ONLY heritage of
their master's
voice!

THEY
WERE ALSO
CONFIDENT THAT THEY
WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO
GRASPED THE true MEANING
OF JUDAISM! So history passed them by: they became
embittered and so, among them, the preaching of
Yehoshua gradually turned into just another rigid,
apologetic cultural caricature: as late as
the tenth century they were [still]
to be found somewhere in
Mosul {now Northern Iraq},
utterly lonely in
their supreme
loyalty.
