I bought the T-shirt!

Hello again! So yesterday in my diary post, I said I was going to buy C's t-shirt, as more of a memory thing to help the time pass by quicker. Done! I'm glad I have actually, it already makes me feel that little bit closer. I bought it when I went into town with my friend today. The idea was originally to go and apply for a job (which we did as well) so I guess it was an added bonus really.

The weather's been really warm again today. The weather channels and the news keep saying that the heatwave is supposed to be dying off now and giving way to thunderstorms but there's not been much of that at all lately. Rain is probably one of my favourite weather types. I just find it so calming and beautiful. It really brings out my emotional side. Although I appreciate the heat, too much of it becomes exactly that, too much. Thinking about it, I genuinely feel sorry for those of you on the American west coast who suffered with that incredibly bad heatwave not too long ago. I don't think us Brits have ever experienced anything like that; our temperatures here are rarely going above 30C. The thought of snow and rain and wrapping up warm sounds appealing right now!
