reads:
AND ENOCH LIVED
SIXTY AND FIVE YEARS, AND BEGAT METHUSALAH:
AND ENOCH WALKED WITH G D AFTER HE BEGAT METHUSALAH THREE HUNDRED YEARS,
AND BEGAT SONS AND DAUGHTERS: AND ALL THE DAYS OF ENOCH WERE THREE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE YEARS:
AND ENOCH WALKED WITH G D: AND HE WAS NOT;
FOR G D TOOK HIM!

This terminology is unique in the Bible; of no one else is it said that "he was not!"

It cannot be interpreted, therefore, to mean simply that he died?
