cant sleep now

I cant sleep since I haven't talk to him. its strange I have been going to bed around 3am lately. im tired but just cant sleep I am so bored, nothing to do, just always on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. and there is nothing to do on them?

I have no1 to text, snapchat or kik now. im am boring

  Having a bright light, such as your tv or computer, in front of your eyes before you go to bed is a bad idea. Instead you should read a book before going to bed if you want to go to bed early. I have a habit of going to bed at 5 AM
