Birth of Athena

Zeus, king of the gods, was blinded with love for Titaness metis. Everyday Zeus would harass her until she finally submitted to him. After a night of love with a child conceived It was prophesied that her offspring would one day overthrow and seize control of the throne. Zeus swallowed his wife to stop the prophecy. Everything seemed to be good for a few years, until one day, Zeus developed AGONIZING headache. Hephaestus, the god Zeus pleaded to cut open his head with his almighty ax. Hephaestus split open the head of Zeus. Athena; goddess of wisdom and war arose from the head of Zeus at all adult and armored with her fearsome war cry.
