It was freezing outside in the middle of the night on 23 december 1998. The street was empty, a few lampposts lighted up the street. The whole city was asleep. But Adam walked through the street, he still felt his heart racing. He wondered who 'she' could be.. Why did he even go there..? 'she was so beautiful' said Adam to himself.


The first time he saw her he knew it, she had something special. Adam was looking at her while he followed her quietly. The beautiful Scarlett, with her pretty straight long black hair. Scarlett tried to walk fast, but it was almost impossible with the tight shiny black dress she was wearing. Adam wondered where she was going in the middle of the night. Scarlett was a brave woman, she wasn't afraid of anything. But still it wasn't something for her to be in this place at this time. The street they were in was fully empty, no sign of living. She was walking towards the house no one spoke about.. When Adam realized that she was going to the house he started to call her. 'Scarlett, wait why are you going there? You're not supposed to be here it's dangerous!' But Scarlett didn't even look back, she kept walking towards the house. It was a old big house, build in 1978 and have been empty since the woman who lived there died on a mysterious way. Untill now nobody knows how she died. Adam walked faster 'Scarlett please, listen to me don't go in there!' It seemed like she didn't even hear him. She was staring at the front door and whispered something. The door opened automatically and she went inside. Adam was frozen, he didn't know what just happened. How did she open the door by talking to it? What did she whisper? Why is she going in?

Adam also went to the front door and tried to open it, but it was locked. Adam knocked on the door 'Scarlett it's me Adam let me in' But there was no sound. 'Scarlett please let me in' There was still no sign of Scarlett. Adam was looking around, for any other way to go in. While he was searching for an open window he heard 'click'. The door was open, as fast as he could he run into the house. The house was dark, it smelled like burned wood. 'Scarlett where are you?' shouted Adam while he was walking carefully through the hallway. Adam was terrified, he wasn't supposed to be here and neither was Scarlett. Out of nowhere he heard a scream. Adam was shocked and bumped himself to a closet. The screaming became louder. Adam tried to walk faster towards the scream. He opened all the doors 'Scarelett, where are you please say something' But there was no responds. There was one door left, he opened it and there she was. Scarlett was looking out of the window. 'Scarlett what are you going here for god sakes?' But she didn't respond or even move. Adam walked to her and turned her over. Adam froze..

Scarlett wasn't Scarlett anymore. Her blue eyes where gone.. Her face was fully covered in blood, she was shaking like crazy. Her whole body was wounded, everywhere was blood. Adam was so scared that he pushed her away. Scarlett fell on the floor and crawled towards him. Adam run as hard as he could to find the exit. 'She wil find you Adam, you can't escape now' Scarlett started to laugh loudly. Adam found the front door, but it was locked again, he knocked and screamed but the door didn't open.. He ran again to find another door. But there were no more doors.. Adam cried and screamed, even though he knew no one could hear him. He heard Scarlett laugh even harder. 'You can't escape Adam' At that moment Adam noticed a window. He grabbed a chair and broke the glass. He climbed out of the window and started to run as fast as he could. He didn't look back, he didn't look where he ran. He just ran as far as he could from the house.. and whoever 'she' was..
